Support Policy

Support is supplied on the basis of an annual support and maintenance fee being paid by each FrameSmart customer. 

A monthly service fee ensures the continuation of product development and you will receive -

1. All supplier price list updates.
2. Renewal of the licence to use the software for a further 12 months
3. All new software upgrades on an ongoing basis
4. Telephone support and remote access for problem resolution. 

New Zealand and Australia Support Structure

	Pocket Solutions Software Ltd is the principal supplier and support organisation for FrameSmart Business Solutions products. We are based in Seaview, Lower Hutt, New Zealand PSSL provides first level support for NZ Customers and 2nd and 3rd level (problem resolution and product development & maintenance) support to worldwide customers and suppliers via distributors. 	Salesoft Pty Ltd is our distributor in Australia and assits with sales and support of FrameSmart products for Australian customers: Salesoft Pty Ltd is based in Queensland, Daniel Richards is the principal of Salesoft, and he has many years of experience with FrameSmart both the old V5 and the new V6 software products.
